Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 years experience, or 2 years as Development Engineer Technician I.
• Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Support DE tests in lab environment and troubleshoot process issues.
• Act as operation owner for site Slot Die process.
• Plan and execute engineering tests in laboratory.

Sample testing and measurements

Troubleshooting process and equipment issues

Intermediate knowledge in MS Office

Execution of experiments in lab or floor

Communication skills

Experience with wet coatings

Experience serving complex coating equipment

Education
