Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field with 2 years of experience.
Willing and able to travel and work overtime as required.
Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Adapts well to priority shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform paint and panel preparation, customer correlation, record keeping, and other lab support tasks as directed.
Use hand-spray equipment to generate test panels and learn customer application methods.
Communicate technical information and results to chemists, managers, and customers; maintain notebooks and reports.
Travel with NPAA personnel to support customer needs and adjust schedules to meet timelines.
Follow NPAA processes (RMIF, TSCA/DSL, SAP, AS/400) to move tasks forward.
Move waste from generation point to 90-day storage area and label containers properly.
