Qualifications

• Associate Degree or minimum of 2 years of customer-based technical experience in automotive paints.
• Computer and software skills.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and relationship building abilities.
• Experience with two-component coatings and isocyanates.
• Ability to wear respirator and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with key customer contacts.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and projects with customer base and Lansing personnel.
• Monitor and track online performance and incoming quality for processing, color, and appearance criteria.
• Communicate problems and improvement opportunities to Lansing Paint Design Team, QA, Color Lab, and Production.
• Provide information on build data, inventory, and usages for inventory management.
• Assist in solving pricing, credit, debit, and RGA issues with Sales.
• Coordinate and execute technical service needs of customers.
