Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades while documenting all activities in logs and spreadsheets. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, ability to work with operators and engineers, and readiness to support a 24/7 facility with extended hours if needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree in a mechanical field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to understand and operate coating equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to support 24/7 operations.
• Effective communication with operators, supervisors and engineers.
• Proficiency with MS Office for documenting maintenance and logs.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Completes assigned maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Maintains coating system components at high performance with minimal downtime.
• Documents maintenance and repairs in logs and spreadsheets.
• Develops skills to repair compressors, cryo pumps, e-beam guns and other coating equipment.
