Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and production orders to prepare materials and record data.
• Operate Blanchard grinder, spindle polisher, planetary polisher, and wire saw to meet production needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in safety programs.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and during shift transitions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all chemicals.
