Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on the coating line.
• Coordinate job changeovers, monitor the master schedule, and record production data and test results.
• Complete production reports and quality data entries using the provided job traveler or designated software.
• Review Manufacturing Order schedule and plan for upcoming production runs.
• Coordinate and perform production runs to meet targets per job specs and work instructions.
• Promote a safe working environment at all times and maintain housekeeping around machines.
• Master all controls and consoles related to the operation or specific stations on the line.
