Job summary

ARMORLUBE LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to ensure efficient setup and production of quality material on the coating line. You will coordinate job changeovers, monitor the master schedule, and accurately record production data and test results.

You will generate required production reports and plan upcoming runs while prioritizing safety. The role requires attention to detail, good housekeeping, and the ability to master line controls across stations.

Responsibilities

• Master all controls and consoles related to the operation or specific stations on the line.

Job description

• Ensure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating line
• Responsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test results
• Complete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing provided job traveler and/or designated software
• Review Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runs
• Coordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructions
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Maintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standards
• Master all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the line

Skills and Expertise

• To set you up for success in this role from day one, Armorlube requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
• Minimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve issues or problems that may arise.
• Ability to perform responsibility accurately and thoroughly.
