TurbineAero in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Coating Operator to operate coating furnaces and supporting equipment in a high-volume aerospace production line. The role includes loading/unloading parts, packing with powders, and demasking components after coating processes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years working with similar equipment, be able to read mechanical drawings, and pass required PPE and respirator training.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with similar equipment, processes, tools and machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Must pass a Fit Test, wear a respirator and PPE as required.
• Prior aerospace experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automatic and manual coating furnace equipment.
• Pack parts into tooling and fill with coating powders.
• Load/unload and start/end coating runs in the furnace.
• Unload parts and demask masked components.
• Perform quality control analyses on in-process batches.
• Follow hazardous material handling and emergency procedures.
• Assist other departments per shift lead directions to maintain production flow.
