Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience as a machine operator or helper.
• 2–4 years of machine operator experience.
• Preferred: PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) or tape industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain coating line equipment to ensure quality and output.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and product specs; load raw materials and unload finished goods.
• Maintain production records and logs; meet daily output goals according to schedules.
• Perform inline quality checks and adjust processes to address issues.
• Collaborate with the Coating Line Manager to optimize settings and reduce scrap; train helpers.
