Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products, LLC in Middletown, OH is seeking Machine Operators to run wet section, coating, and end-of-line equipment in a structured tier program. Training leading to multiple operator roles is provided, with overtime eligibility.

Starting pay is $23/hr plus a $1.50 shift differential and monthly bonus incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off and 401k contributions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of Manufacturing Experience.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet section equipment in accordance with wet section operating parameters.
• Support Finish Coater operators in operating coating equipment and maintaining finish coater rooms.
• Safely operate the dual head Prime Coater machine.
• Operate entry end equipment where raw material is fed into the line.
• Operate exit end equipment where finished product is recoiled prior to packaging.
• Safely operate Finish Coater A (single head) and Finish Coater B (dual head) machines.
• Maintain safe operation and documentation as required.
