Schneller is seeking a Coating Operator for the third shift in Ohio. This entry-level role supports the coating line by safely operating wind-up equipment, adjusting tension, and ensuring quality while following safety and regulatory standards.

The position requires reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Lifting up to 40–50 lbs and overtime hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate wind-up function safely and efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor wind-up equipment to maintain material tension and quality.
• Inspect raw and finished materials and document production/inventory data.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety/regulatory standards.
