Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or ability to obtain OSHA forklift certification.
• Reading rulers, calipers, dial indicators, or similar measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maximizing the production of high-quality coated products in the work cell.
• Loading and unloading webstocks and bulk rolls using a forklift (OSHA forklift license required).
• Performing unit set-ups and quality checks to ensure product meets specifications.
• Coating, laminating, or compounding materials according to established procedures and standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to minimize downtime and material loss.
• Cleaning and preparing equipment for the next production run.
• Completing accurate production paperwork, recording times, scrap, and inventory movements.
• Leading maintenance and engineering activities as needed.
• Maintaining order and organization within the work environment.
