Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a guest services team member for live events in New York, NY. You will help guests with information, manage show timings, and support safe, enjoyable experiences at concerts.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of people experience, strong English skills, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexibility to work late hours in a fast-paced venue environment; prior experience in live music is a plus.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work late hours.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Cash handling experience.
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
- Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking).
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs.
- Tolerance of diverse cultures, music and art forms.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as information resource for guests and members.
- Assist guests with show timing for supporting acts and headliners.
- Assist other positions and communicate to improve guest experience.
- Balance tickets issued to revenue.
- Articulate and adaptable communication with current audience.
- Maintain grooming standards.
- Anticipate guest needs.
- Adhere to dress code policy.
- Ensure guest safety and hazard removal.
- Prevent theft and property damage.
- Attend pre-shift meeting with Manager on Duty.
