Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service and cashiering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in, store, secure, and retrieve guest outerwear and belongings using a ticketing system.
• Record and maintain guests' checked-in belongings.
• Ensure control of coat check tickets and proper care of guest garments.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Adhere to Wind Creek policies and procedures and PGCB regulations.
