Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to handle guest inquiries, assist the bowling concierge with shoe distribution, and manage coat check responsibilities. You will also help with merchandise sales in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment.

The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver outstanding service across busy nights, especially Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and at least one weeknight.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required; communication and teamwork emphasized.
• Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and guest questions with 100% certainty
• Assist bowling concierge by handing over shoes and organizing parties
• Check in/out coats and personal items at coat check
• Assist with sale of BK Bowl merchandise
