Northway Lanes is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Service Counter Associate for part-time, nights and weekends. You will assist customers with bowling needs and ensure an excellent experience, including register duties, stocking, inventory and other duties while keeping a fun, positive atmosphere for guests.

Greet customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a team that delivers great service in a lively, bowling center setting.

Qualifications

• Able to read, count, write and communicate clearly.
• Experience handling sales and transactions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist while bowling.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Service Counter Associate to join our team, part time for nights and weekends. As a Service Counter Associate, you will assist customers with their bowling needs and ensure an excellent bowling experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, inventory, and many other duties but most of all bringing a fun, positive experience for the customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are bowling.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
