Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for our Sarasota, FL location. You will lead a team to achieve sales and profitability goals while delivering a memorable customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising excellence, and operational discipline to sustain top performance across all store functions. The candidate will oversee staffing, customer service standards, and store presentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• College degree preferred.
• 5+ years in retail with 3+ in supervisory/management in a customer service retail apparel environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and drive sales results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
