Southern Tide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in executing strategy and driving performance. The role leads staff to deliver best-in-class experiences and models the company values to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes coaching, merchandising consistency, and effective store communications while maintaining the Southern Tide aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Merchandising preferred.
• 4+ years retail experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/management.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in executing store strategy to achieve performance goals.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Monitor sales, traffic, and engagement metrics; provide feedback to management.
• Manage staff schedules, floor coverage, and store communications.
• Maintain Southern Tide aesthetics across touchpoints and merchandising.
