Southern Tide, LLC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations for a coastal lifestyle brand. You will drive store sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a retail apparel environment.

The role emphasizes merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and partnership with the corporate retail team to build community relationships and events that increase traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• You have a college degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• You have 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in a supervisory/management position in a customer service focused retail apparel environment.
• You have strong computer skills-proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You have experience with POS systems, including inventory management functions, retail merchandising concepts and retail visual concepts.
• You have proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business in order to drive sales results, interpret policies and procedures to resolve customer and employee issues.
• You have effective leadership and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability goals set by the Company.
• Train and develop store team to achieve high levels of customer service.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high performing team and provide coaching.
• Ensure merchandising, safety, and security standards are met.
• Manage clienteling processes and communicate brand story to customers.
• Maintain organized stockroom and stock flows for efficient operations.
• Enforce policies and procedures across people, merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with corporate team to build community relationships and drive traffic.
• Process personnel paperwork, produce reports, and monitor sales receipts and cash.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the corporate team.
