Job summary

Northern Light Health is seeking a Provider Recruiter I in Brewer, ME (hybrid). The role supports recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

The successful candidate will be organized, customer-service oriented, and able to build professional relationships across teams. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule; full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with physician leaders and executive stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician and APP positions.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and recruitment logistics (virtual and onsite).
• Source candidates through diverse methods and run targeted campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress in databases.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates through all recruitment stages.
• Assist with relocation needs and onboarding for new hires.
