Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in residential property management, strong tenant relations, and proficiency with Yardi and common office tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Class B+ residential properties.
• In-depth knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and Yardi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to create a welcoming community.
• Flexible and reliable, able to respond to emergencies 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property performance through effective operations and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with owners to develop annual budgets and marketing plans.
• Foster strong tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Drive high occupancy with competitive pricing and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and safety compliance to keep properties pristine.
• Train and lead staff to excel in leasing, operations, and customer service.
