Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Class B+ residential properties.
• Deep knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, and Yardi or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property performance through cost control, revenue growth, and innovative solutions.
• Develop annual budgets and marketing plans in partnership with owners.
• Maintain strong tenant relations and address concerns promptly.
• Drive high occupancy with competitive pricing and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Train and motivate staff to excel in leasing, operations, and customer service.
