Conifer Realty in Atlantic City, NJ seeks a Community / Property Manager to oversee a unique LIHTC/PH/PBV property. You will lead leasing, ensure compliance, and support residents to build a safe, welcoming community.

The role requires 1+ year of property management, LIHTC or PH/PBV familiarity, and a TCS/COS certification focus. Competitive pay, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years property management experience in affordable housing.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have LIHTC/HUD PH/PBV familiarity.
• Experience with inspections and reporting in affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and financial oversight.
• Manage budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Guide residents through move-ins/outs with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, PH and PBV programs.
• Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners.
