Job summary

Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc (TFSI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team delivering shipboard electrical and electronics installation projects for US Coast Guard assets. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, documentation, and coordination with the COR/KO, ensuring performance and compliance with the PWS and QMS.

The role requires US citizenship, 7 years of project management experience, PMP certification, and the ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• 7 years' experience in project management, or as a project team lead.
• PMP certification.
• Documented financial management experience including determining cost, schedule and technical performance of install projects.
• Experience with government contracts types such as CP, T&M, FFP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recommend strategies to assist the customer with missions and plan goals.
• Ensure contract documentation is delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
• Develop ad-hoc documentation required by the customer and support reviews.
• Manage contract financials: cost, schedule and technical performance of install projects.
• Supervise personnel and mentor Team Leads in executing similar projects.
• Ensure compliance with the PWS and the QMS.
• Direct cost control, scheduling and quality product execution for installations.
• Assist with purchasing and procurement of equipment and material.
• Provide status updates to senior management on productivity and budgets.
• Travel for site visits and customer meetings as needed (approx. 25%).
