Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation in Portsmouth, VA seeks a Project Manager to supervise a team supporting system installation and integration on US Coast Guard boats and cutters. You will manage day-to-day operations, including financial, administrative and contractual support for land-based and shipboard electrical and electronics installation projects.

Qualifications

7 years’ experience in project management or as a project team lead.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team and supervise assignments supporting Coast Guard system installation and integration.
Manage day-to-day operations including financial, administrative, and contractual support for land-based and shipboard projects.
Direct planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting to meet contract requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
Mentor Team Leads and coordinate with customers and Contracting Officers to achieve objectives.
