Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc (TFSI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team delivering shipboard electrical and electronics installation projects for US Coast Guard assets. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, documentation, and coordination with the COR/KO, ensuring performance and compliance with the PWS and QMS.
The role requires US citizenship, 7 years of project management experience, PMP certification, and the ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and meetings.

The Project Manager reports to the Director of Coast Guard Operations and will supervise a team who perform assignments that directly and indirectly support system installation and integration on board US Coast Guard Boats and Cutters. The applicant must be capable of managing the day-to-day operational including financial, administrative and contractual support functions and activities for land-based and shipboard electrical and electronics installation projects. Selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts. You will direct the accomplishment of project-specific goals, monitors and reports achievement. Manages an operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in performance of contract responsibilities. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and program Quality Management System (QMS). This is also a supervisory role where it is necessary to mentor Team Leads in the execution of similar technical projects.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for frequently bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with the opportunity to move about. Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; lift horizontally and vertically.
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
