Job summary

Tatitlek Federal Services, Inc (TFSI) is seeking an Engineering Technician IV to support installation and integration on US Coast Guard boats and cutters. The role reports to the Program Manager and involves hands-on electrical/electronic work, testing, and compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma with Coast Guard/C4I training or equivalent, experience in cable fabrication, and the ability to travel 60–75% annually. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong MS Word/PowerPoint; solid Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation/removal/upgrades for electrical/electronic/C4I tasks on naval systems.
• Work with minimal supervision and conduct system testing with supervision as needed.
• Fabricate connectors by soldering/crimping for navigation, comms and power equipment.
• Lead crew or mentor junior staff under general supervision and manage small milestones.
