Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our U.S. Coast Guard team. You will lead design-build and environmental projects, coordinate across disciplines, and manage client expectations to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates should have 8+ years of complex project leadership, PE and PMP desired, and be willing to travel. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, risk management, and building long-term client relationships with federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; PE preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience leading complex design-build and environmental projects.
• Experience with federal/state projects and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct design-build projects including engineering and environmental services.
• Oversee execution of engineering services, including design and construction management.
• Oversee environmental services: site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, and permitting.
• Prepare proposals, manage projects, and balance sales and utilization for USCG programs.
• Lead business development for the USCG design-build portfolio and client growth.
