Job summary

IronMountain Solutions seeks an Asset Project Manager (APM) to support planning, coordination, and execution of scheduled maintenance availabilities for Coast Guard patrol boats. You will work with engineers, Port Engineers, and contractors to develop repair packages, coordinate activities, monitor execution, and support closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Logistics, Marine Transportation, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting ship maintenance, engineering, logistics, or technical project management.
• Experience developing technical documentation or Statements of Work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to access confined shipboard spaces during vessel assessments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Coast Guard facility access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage programmed depot maintenance for Coast Guard patrol boats.
• Conduct vessel assessments to identify HM&E maintenance requirements.
• Develop technical SOWs and repair specifications for contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance planning with Port Engineers and Maintenance Integrators.
• Attend planning meetings, site visits, and post-availability reviews.
• Prepare procurement documentation and funding requests.
• Perform market research to obtain pricing for repairs, parts, and equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and casualty information in Coast Guard systems.
