Consolidated Asset Management Services, LLC (CAMS) seeks a Shift Supervisor to maximize station production safely and efficiently. You will supervise a team of hourly workers, coordinate unit startup/shutdown, and ensure compliance with environmental permit limits.

This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent communication. Based in Pennsylvania, a valid driver’s license is required and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical field preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years related experience; leadership in coal-fired power generation; 8 years may substitute for degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to lead.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form, and motivational ability.
• Knowledge of plant steam, mechanical, electrical, water, environmental and chemical systems; SAP workflow familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety rules, equipment operation, and adherence to standards and procedures.
• Coordinate tagging and isolation of equipment for safe repairs.
• Schedule operating unit activities with dispatch and report unit capabilities and risks.
• Supervise startup/shutdown of generating units and switch coordination.
• Oversee operation and housekeeping of station equipment; ensure team training and execution within environmental permit limits.
• Lead and train subordinates to maximize team potential; ensure compliance with bargaining unit agreements.
• Interact with maintenance and back shift leaders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
• Coordinate coal conveyance to ensure adequate supply for maximum generation.
• Interface with Scrubber, Water, and Coal Handling Operations as needed.
