Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to coach campus teams and elevate student experiences across multiple markets, including New York City. You will build a high-performance culture, deliver engaging life skills sessions, and drive measurable outcomes through evidence-based coaching.

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring 5+ years in education or coaching, with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
5+ years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and conducting performance-based decisions.
Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses in multiple markets.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
Support launching and establishing new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
