Alpha is building the world's best K-12 experience, and we’re seeking a Lead Guide to build and lead a high-performing team of Guides across campuses. You will coach, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations, using data and coaching conversations to raise performance.

This full-time, on-site role includes relocation support and no classroom teaching. You’ll run life-skills workshops, drive student progress, and help launch new campuses, with

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership, with team management experience.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and focus.
• Drive student progress through data review and coaching conversations.
• Support opening new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence.
