Job summary

Mythics is seeking a Chart of Accounts (CoA) Lead to own the Oracle Fusion enterprise structures and CoA design across multiple entities and ledgers. You will drive governance, data quality, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, and Security teams.

The role emphasizes strong experience in government contracting, RBAC controls, and enabled reporting for statutory, management, and government-contract needs. A senior-level functional design background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• US citizen eligible to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• 10+ years of Oracle Financials implementation experience, including at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations in a lead functional design role.
• Demonstrated experience designing Chart of Accounts and enterpriseStructures for multi-entity organizations.
• Strong experience with General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, and financial master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Oracle Fusion Chart of Accounts, including segments, value sets, hierarchies, and governance.
• Define intercompany accounting, allocations, revaluation, translation, consolidation, and period-close design.
• Own Subledger Accounting design across Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Revenue, Cash, and Cost Management.
• Establish governance for change-control, reporting hierarchies, and access requirements with Security & Access Architect.
• Define legacy-to-Fusion CoA mapping and conversion strategies; support go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with HCM, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Tax, Security, and other workstreams to ensure cohesive enterprise structures.
