Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a COA and eCOA Licensing Manager to lead end-to-end licensing services for global clinical studies. This remote-friendly leadership role combines licensing expertise with managed services delivery and technology-enabled outcomes.

You will mentor a delivery team, drive process improvements, and support commercial growth through client engagement and proposals, all in a flexible remote environment with IQVIA's global platform.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with eCOA platforms and clinical trial technology implementations.
• Experience with COA/eCOA licensing and managed services delivery.
• Experience in CRO or life sciences environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation in regulated environments.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of COA/eCOA licensing services across client engagements.
• Acts as SME for licensing activities including license identification and contract support.
• Identifies opportunities for additional COA/eCOA services within accounts.
• Ensures adherence to quality, compliance, and documentation standards.
• Oversees Associate Delivery Consultants and Delivery Consultants.
• Identifies risks to licensing timelines and implements mitigations.
• Maintains knowledge of COA/eCOA licensing processes and tools.
• Provides feedback to product management and professional services for improvements.
• Leads project management activities including timelines and cost tracking.
• Supports licensing cost estimation, proposals, and invoicing coordination.
• Participates in sales, proposal development, and client presentations.
