Job summary

IQVIA is hiring Senior Data Team Leads to oversee end-to-end data management for global clinical trials. This remote/WFH role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary client contact for data management deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in clinical data management, 5+ years in a Lead role, and experience with Medidata Rave or Oracle InForm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field.
• 7+ years of direct clinical data management experience.
• 5+ years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role required.
• Experience with large global studies (1000+ patients) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for complex, global clinical trials from study setup to database lock.
• Serve as the main client contact for all data management deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and database deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet customer expectations.
• Mentor junior data management staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory and SOP compliance.
