Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) seeks an Industrial Refrigeration Business Development Manager to drive growth in CO2 refrigeration systems with key accounts. You will lead market expansion, collaborate with engineering and sales, and manage all project phases from inception to delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive CO2 refrigeration and construction management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience focused on CO2 refrigeration.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction management, Industrial refrigeration or related fields and a bachelor’s degree or 12+ years experience in the same field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in front of all relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Market Development; identify and evaluate high-value sectors including cold storage, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical.
• Relationship Management; build trust-based partnerships with key industry decision makers, end users, contractors, and engineers.
• Technical Collaboration: work closely with internal sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure market-aligned solutions.
• Manage all phases of Industrial Refrigeration orders with key customers.
• Lead critical activities with customers, engineers, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide information on emerging trends and report to product management leaders.
• Provide feedback/presentations for RSMs, SAMs, dealers, and customers to drive sales and quality.
• Travel with RSMs/SAMs to pursue key opportunities and targets.
