Job summary

Dover Food Retail AMS Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in CO2 refrigeration system start-up and commissioning. This role will lead and oversee the technical aspects of refrigeration installation projects, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking.

You will supervise on-site and off-site activities, coordinate with customers and contractors, ensure compliance with AMS specifications and industry standards, and manage resources and budgets to deliver

Qualifications

Experience in refrigeration system startup and commissioning, especially CO2 systems.
10+ years in refrigeration industry.
Ability to troubleshoot and drive projects to completion.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead start-up and commissioning of CO2 refrigeration projects.
Develop and manage a detailed project execution plan (PEP).
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and team leaders on onsite projects.
Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with AMS specs and industry standards.
Manage resources, time, budget and margins to meet project goals.
Review project schedule with senior management and adjust as needed.
Maintain client relationships and document reports for customers.
Travel to job sites and document reports; travel 90-100% of time.
