Qualifications

• Paraprofessional licensure required by Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Assist Special Education teacher with instructional support.
• Provide feedback about student performance to the Special Education teacher.
• Assist small groups and drill activities as needed.
• Supervise small group instruction or activities as needed.
• Follow schedules and responsibilities reliably and punctually.
• Assist in classroom management and organizational tasks.
• Assist in grading and record-keeping tasks.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Building Supervisor.
