Qualifications

• Paraprofessional licensure required.
• Excellent attendance record expected.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized supervision near the student in all settings.
• Follow safety plan and respond to challenging behaviors.
• Recognize signs of frustration and provide support.
• Use positive reinforcement and visual supports to promote regulation.
• Assist with daily routines and transitions.
• Encourage communication and independence.
• Collect behavior data and communicate with staff.
• Assist with personal care needs if required.
• Support instructional activities and grading tasks as needed.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality in assigned duties.
