Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading a full public-school classroom.
• Experience coaching or developing other educators in public schools.
• Experience designing and delivering a project-based learning unit.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the day, outcomes, and culture with a district teacher.
• Develop a student-led culture using data, relationships, and incentives.
• Design original workshops that build future-ready skills.
• Coach the partner teacher in real time to grow confidence and skill.
• Track daily data to adjust teaching strategies and student engagement.
