Alpha is seeking experienced public-school educators to co‑lead a full classroom in partnership with a district-employed teacher. You bring classroom mastery, a fresh approach to motivation, and the ability to model new practices in real time.

You’ll focus on elements that technology can’t replace—building ownership, designing project-based workshops, and developing future-ready skills—while the partner leads with their own expertise in Springfield, MA or Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as the primary teacher responsible for a full-size public‑school classroom.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing other educators in a public‑school setting.
• Experience designing and delivering a project‑based learning unit.
• Ability to build a classroom culture based on ownership, clear expectations, accountability, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal judgment and influence without formal authority.
• Willingness and ability to work in person at Springfield, Massachusetts, or Houston, Texas.
