Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on payroll oversight, inventory, scheduling, and executing company programs while maintaining store standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of retail management experience with a mid to large retailer. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates customer service and team-oriented behaviors in interactions with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open/close the store and handle duties as assigned.
