Qualifications

• Experience in managing a retail team of modest to large size.
• Ability to coach, train, and evaluate store associates.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, and store expenses.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s care and service behaviors in every associate and customer interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to hit goals.
• Acts as a talent grower by coaching, training, and scheduling staff to meet business needs.
• Maintains security of the store location and company assets.
