Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team and drive sales, customer service, and merchandising excellence. You will oversee payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and loss prevention while coaching associates to meet business goals.

The role requires at least 3 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals to include management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key company initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures standards are demonstrated in every interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Acts as a talent grower, providing coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and assets.
