Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Toledo. You will support payroll budgeting, scheduling, banking, and shrink reduction while driving customer service excellence.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s values in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensure standards are met in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
