Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a full-service retail operation and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will build and lead a team focused on merchandising, savings, and daily store performance.

The role requires coaching and scheduling of associates, adherence to company standards, and maintaining store security and assets while delivering sales plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service and care behaviors in interactions with associates and customers.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs.
• Maintains security of the store location and all assets.
