Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver’s license
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, profits, payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking.
• Provide exceptional associate and customer service per Ollie’s standards.
• Execute merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory.
• Coach and schedule store associates to meet business needs.
• Ensure proper security of the store and company assets.
