Romark Logistics, LLC in Dallas, Texas is hiring for a Full Time Production Operator on 1st shift (7:30am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will complete routine machine inspections, set up and operate bagging equipment, run multiple machines, and optimize line performance while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read a tape measure, basic math skills, and experience with production equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
Experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Completes routine inspections of machinery before and after each shift.
Sets up, operates, and adjusts bagging equipment with minimal supervision.
Runs multiple machines while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Monitors and manages hourly production output to ensure consistent performance and efficiency.
Maintains accurate production and equipment records.
Follows GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements.
