Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Essex Junction, Vermont, is seeking a Winter 2027 Process Engineer Co-op to help drive TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and continuous improvement for equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

Salary is $31/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and the program runs January 4 to May 21, 2027. You will analyze downtime, support TPM initiatives, and partner with Operations to implement standard work and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time program in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Operations and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime, OEE, waste, and equipment losses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support TPM, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and drive improvements in cleaning, inspection, lubrication, centerlining, and abnormality identification.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to implement standard work, CILs, visual management, and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement projects to increase line performance and sustain TPM standards.
