Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is seeking a Winter 2027 Mechanical Test and Reliability Co-op. You will support reliability predictions, design validation testing, and rapid fixture development within the Engineering Manager of Reliability, Test Fixtures and Advanced Development.

This paid 40-hour/week internship runs Jan 4 to May 21, 2027, with hybrid in-office Tue/Wed/Thu and mentorship, project ownership, and professional development opportunities, culminating in a final presentation to

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Ability to clearly communicate test results.
• Passion for consumer products.
• SolidWorks proficiency and hands-on testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Reliability and Design Validation Testing for New Products.
• Analyze test results to support New Product Introduction milestones.
• Assist Advanced Development projects through rapid testing and fixture design.
• Identify gaps or potential improvements to current test methods.
